Steps to Reproduce
- Play game
- Lose connection (Internet drops out)
- Rejoin via in-game 'join last session' button
- Still get assigned to the previously played character (i.e. retcon), but have none of the previous items or perks
Explanation
Rejoining after disconnect causes you to lose all your items and join with no weapon or equipment
