Steps to Reproduce

1. Got 2 minutes of fun using thunderhead and bio energy upgrade
2. Then it never worked again
3. Tried to kill a few clammorheads
4. Was not gaining any ammo back

Explanation

After a few minutes Bio Energy stopped working for the entire mission, it was not replenishing ammo in any way.
