Game Freezes During Cutscene and Player Spawns Without Equipment

Steps to Reproduce

Load into an in-progress game (about 10 minutes into the first level)
Game froze during the cutscene of zooming into the bathroom
Close the game using Alt-f4 and relaunch it
Rejoin the in-progress game
Found myself spawned near the group with no weapons or equipment

Explanation

I was connecting to an already in progress mission and just as the camera was zooming in on the bathroom the game froze. I waited for a little bit but ended up alt-f4ing and rejoining the game. Once I was in the game I spawned in just near the group with no equipment. No weapons, grenades, or mobility equipment. I was only able to acquire a weapon when the team found a workbench and choose a new weapon.
