Intel Objectives Not Updating on Post-Mission Screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have open "do X in a single mission" intel objective.
2. Do a mission. You probably have to do some but not all of X during that mission.
3. Complete the mission. And look at the post-mission stats screen.
4. (Not the screen in the screenshot, the one right before it.)

Explanation

Post-mission screen shows progress on intel objectives that are "do X in a single mission". There is never progress on those objectives. At least not on that screen. The requirement to complete
