Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the bio-upgrade minigame
2. Under attack while in minigame
3. Cooper kills creatures attacking me
4. Hack finishes, is stuck in perpetuity without exiting and providing upgrade
5. Exit hack, although hack was concluded, it resets as if it wasn;t
