Steps to Reproduce

1. Mess around with the sprint button
2. This bug seems to show up when it feels like it but it is not hard to achieve in normal gameplay

Explanation

Considered sprinting whilst stationary, i am considered both under the effects of "standing still" and "sprinting" this also causes the upgrade to not function when sprinting
