Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing duo D-04
2. Reaching elevator
3. Unlocking elevator
4. Teammate enters, I die on elevator safety border but doors close
5. Teammate attempts to revive while we are descending
6. Transition to loading new sector
7. Elevator arrives, I am in cocoon teammate in elevator
8. Game decides we lost without any obvious reason (teammate was alive even if with low health)

Explanation

Playing D4, died on edge of elevator safety, teammate tries to revive while dropping down -> next level loads, i spawn in cocoon teammate in elevator -> game decides we lost even tho one of us was alive
writing this post bug happening due to being unable to reach esc menu in time
