Guardian Forcefield Ability Charges Deplete Unexpectedly

Steps to Reproduce

1. (mostly) during swarm while doing the elevator
2. get overwhelmed and use forcefield ability
3. suddenly both ability charges get used for no reason
4. sometimes the 2nd ability charge gets used after i activate an ability and start doing something like mining, reviving or repairing

Explanation

I have a problem. So whenever I'm playing as Guardian (I don't know if it happens to other classes), sometimes when i use an ability (mostly happens with the forcefield one), it just takes both ability charges for no reason. It often happens AFTER I've used the ability. I don't know if this is intentional or not.
