Steps to Reproduce
- Get Thunderhead with 40% fire
- Fire into an enemy/wall
- Get blinded
Explanation
Using the Thunderhead autocannon with a fire infusion will sometimes have the fire explosion effect appear directly in your face. Unsure if it does the same with other elements.
