Steps to Reproduce

  1. An artifact spawned during the last stage of gauntlet.
  2. I killed it and deposited its core.
  3. This caused RAPD to open up as if an upgrade is available.

Explanation

Artifacts can spawn during gauntlets, causing wierd behavior
