Regression of:	#3366 Black Screen After Joining Friend's Lobby This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to any server

Explanation

Unable to connect to any server or friend (black screen).
There is a small group of people in the game which get black screen when connecting to any server. From steam discussion it seems it affects mostly people from Russia, altough I'm from Lithuania. I've tried some things to try to fix it: restarted anything restartable, tried changing dns, messed around with a lot of random settings but to no prevail. I had this same issue when the game first launched which was resolved after the server patch.
