Steps to Reproduce

1. Get the heavy autocannon with the poison damage upgrade
2. Get the expenite upgrade to create poison clouds by attacking/killing
3. Shoot enemies, especially groups of enemies
4. You cannot see anymore due to visual effects bug

Explanation

When using the "Thunderhead" Heavy Autocannon with the poison damage upgrade and obtaining the expenite upgrade "create poison clouds when killing enemies that are poisoned" it has a odd visual effect bug that looks like your entire screen is on fire. It makes the game unplayable where your entire screen is blinded by the visual effects.
Note: This bug is NOT being reported at the time of its encounter.
