Steps to Reproduce

1. I was standing next to the elevator and the engine
2. I got grabbed by the Reaper Worm and pulled away
3. I probably was partially in the ground because of it
4. Then promptly fell through the ground as my teammates shot the Worm

Explanation

I got grabbed by a Reaper Worm and then fell through the map
