Steps to Reproduce

  1. Host a game with a friend
  2. Die
  3. Have friend descend the elevator without you and select a threat vector

Explanation

I died and my friend lived and got on the elevator. As soon as we chose the next threat vector, it said we failed and ended the mission. I think it happened because I was the host and I was dead when the elevator descended.
