Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure the 'Super Strapped' Artifact and the 'Reinforced Power Drills' are equipped on your character. Note the ammo count of the 'Reinforced Power Drills' (at or above half would work best to replicate).
2. Equip a weapon or tool other than the 'Reinforced Power Drills' and restock at an ammo crate.
3. Re-equip the 'Reinforced Power Drills'. Note the ammo count on the drills did not go to cap.

Explanation

When equipped with the Super Strapped Artifact upgrade, and the Reinforced Power Drills support tool, refilling ammo from an Ammo Crate with the drills put away will set the ammo of the drill to half and never to full unless you open the Ammo Crate with the drills equipped. If you open another Ammo Crate with the drills put away, your ammo of the drill will reduce back to half.
