Steps to Reproduce

1. Killed by the thresher boss's aoe spin attack (not the tornado)
2. Knocked back during death towards the central pit

Explanation

During a gaurdian boss, It is possible for a dwarf to go down insinde of the invisible wall around the central pit, and but unable (or nearly unable) to be picked up
