Froze upgrade screen with third player join during REPD upgrade selection

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two people load into a mission together.
2. Gather enough expenite for an upgrade.
3. Have a third person join the mission.
4. Have the duo get into range of the REPD at the same time the third person is joining.

Explanation

I was in a duo mission and we had a third join. Right when they joined, me and my duo were choosing an expenite upgrade with the REPD. It seems like because they joined when we were choosing an upgrade, the upgrade screen froze because it was expecting the third person to choose an upgrade. Once the timer ran out, me and my duo were able to choose our upgrades as normal, but then it did not actually give us the upgrades. The third person also reported being in a third person perspective flying around the cave during this time.
