Steps to Reproduce

1. Noticed Rage wasn't full for a long time
2. Pressed rage and it worked, then when rage ended, the icon remains red

Explanation

Retcon Rage icon never lit up, despite being ready to use. never used it during the mission until the end when I noticed. after using rage, the icon remained Red as well. though it was at the very end of the mission so i couldnt tell if it would stay like that for long
