Steps to Reproduce

1. Picked up an artifact
2. sorry there was nothing else ;<<

Explanation

Extreme Vigor wasn't working.
I got it one level before the final and even when I was before health threshold and also like 25% HP and I wasn't regenerating a single tick even after seconds, minutes or anytime in the mission.
I aprriciate to be a helper in debuging!
