Steps to Reproduce

1. Take combat cocktail
2. Take perk 'Frenzy'
3. Kill some enemies
4. Use combat cocktail
5. Compare received damage from actual damage and tooltip info
6. Drink a beer and have a good day. Rock and Stone dear fixer

Explanation

bug with perk "Frenzy" and tool "combat coctail". If you kill some enemies and than use combat coctail, it will deal more damage than it has on tooltip
