Steps to Reproduce
- Have a Run with at least 13 unique upgrades (to have at least one occupying the 3rd row).
- Go into the Run History page at the Operations Command terminal.
- Click the Run to see its details.
Explanation
Run page inside Run History glitches when 3 rows of upgrades are acquired in mission.
The UPGRADES section under EQUIPMENT attempts to create a scrollbar multiple times a second, making the icons shake.
