Steps to Reproduce

  1. Killed anomaly
  2. with slicer skill
  3. mid dash
  4. near the wall

Explanation

Killing the Anomaly for the artifact resulted in the orb spawning in the wall and phasing in and out of the map spamming light effects and sound
