Steps to Reproduce

Drink underhell deluxe (the beer that makes you small)
Get on display above the gym and try to jump into the ceiling
Wait till effect of the beer wears out
You probably got stuck in the display, got pushed out to outer bounds, or pushed to RamRod exterior

Explanation

You can get stuck in display above a gym, if you get on it with underhell deluxe(i think that's the name of a beer that makes you small) and then wait until you grow to normal size.
