Minigun Barrel Animation Not Rotating During Fire

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fired minigun at Depth 1 boss until just before overheating
2. Switched weapons to Plasma Carbine, fired at boss until just before overheating
3. Switched back to minigun (now cooled), continued firing at boss
4. Minigun barrel no longer rotated while firing, but did continue to show heating effects

Explanation

While firing the minigun, the firing animation (rotating barrel) did not execute.
