Steps to Reproduce

1. Got to the last stage of the Molaktula boss
2. In depth 3

Explanation

On difficulty 3, fighting the Molaktula boss, one of the gatestone fragments went missing or something along those lines, the breakable thing for it didn't spawn correctly. There was a marker coming from the boss showing where it should be like the others, but after digging in the direction of it for 15 minutes we couldn't find it still. It was a 5-length facility, 2 complexity, depth 3.
