Steps to Reproduce

1. Joined game late as sliver.
2. Timer ticked down and played end of time sound.
3. No swarm started.
4. Timer froze green
5. Timer ticking sound played again at real end
6. Timer icon changed red

Explanation

Timer issue. Not real time.
