Steps to Reproduce

  1. Defended the generator until the elevator was ready for extraction
  2. Got hit by the blast from the creator while leaving
  3. Spawned into the third part of the mission on fire and constantly taking damage

Explanation

It was a giant bug that came from the ceiling. It was a worm like bug that had the ability to shoot a acid breath or fire. It only appeared after we got the message that we ran out of time and had to exctract
