Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold terrain scanner as you enter the upgrade bubble
2. Enter the upgrade menu
3. Select upgrade
4. Once out of the menu, you will not be able to take any actions

Explanation

When calling the R.E.P.D. to you and entering the selection menu for an upgrade while in the terrain scanner, the terrain scanner becomes stuck on screen after you finish the selection for your upgrade, stopping you from moving or using any ability and weapon.
