Steps to Reproduce

1. Fill Ellis with Expenite till they're ready for an Upgrade
2. Don't take the Upgrade
3. Command Ellis to open an Equipment Box
4. As Ellis opens the Equipment Grid, both Upgrade and Equipment Negotiations start one after another, canceling one

Explanation

Ellis Canceled an Equipment Negotiation for an Upgrade Negotiation, dropping the former into the void
