Steps to Reproduce

1. General gameplay

Explanation

Retcon's 'Contengency Plan' did not activate. Went down on a level and my co-op teammate left me via elevator go to the next floor. Upon arriving on said floor he broke the 'heart/vessel' to release me than died himself. We sat there idle and Contengency never went off.
