Steps to Reproduce

1. Use retcon ability.
2. Regain your charge for the ability during the ability countdown time.
3. Time will not be rewound and you will not get back your ammo and grenades.

Explanation

Retcons ability is interrupted by regaining your ability charge when in the middle of the ability. If you use the ability then regain your charge from some means it will recharge the ability but not rewind time so you lose all the resources you used during that ability usage.
