Steps to Reproduce

Unlock a beer by doing the quest on your own ramrod
Go to a friend's ramrod, who does not have that beer unlocked
Talk to the bartender
Notice the beer appears unlocked, requiring only heat or w/e it's called to get
Order that beer
Notice it does not pour the beer, but tells you to do the quest

Explanation

I have a beer unlocked on my ramrod. when i try to order it on a friend's ramrod who does not have it unlocked, it appears unlocked but when I select it, it starts the quest to unlock the beer.
