Dwarf Stuck in Roof After Using Shrinking Beer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Drink the shrinking beer
2. Jump onto the bar side to face OMEGA
3. Wait until effect wears off
4. You are now stuck in X and Z axis
5. Jump around in desperate attempts to free yourself

Explanation

Not really a visual bug or gamepley bug, rather a "Logic error":
After drinking the shrinking beer and jumping onto the bar where the beer is set, upon returning to normal dwarf size, you get stuck in the roof (a simple "Get unstuck" button on the ship would be nice as a hotfix :) )
