Steps to Reproduce

1. Play retcon in Jumble for common access to turrets
2. Place turrets down (while in time rewind)
3. Correctly retrieve the turrets, but cannot place them anymore even when it shows a blue preview

Explanation

disposable turrets became impossible to place down even with a full reserve
