Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a recon
2. Use the mein ability
3. Freeze yourself in some way
4. Free yourself from the freeze
5. The ability is displayed as ready to use

Explanation

The bug is related to the incorrect display of the main ability of the recon.
After using the ability and freezing myself (with a grenade launcher explosion and a cold modifier), when I unfreeze myself, the ability appears as if it is not being used and is fully charged.
