Explanation

hello, i would like to report a bug that happened to me in Rogue core.
when i started a mission and tried to play a song in the jukebox, my game suddenly made a freezing sound. right after that, a crash message appeared and my entire pc frozen.
i restarted my pc, and when i opened the game again, my account had been completely reset from the beginnig. i lost all my progress, items, and unlocks. also, the option to load my old save, account does not appear anymore.
could you please help me rrecover my account or investigate this issue?
