'Upgrade Section' Shaking in End-Game Recap on 3440x1440 Monitor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a 3440x1440 monitor
2. Play as 3 (most likely not required)
3. Have a player with 13 upgrades (at least) so you have 3 rows of upgrades, 2x6+1
4. End a game
5. Observe that the 'upgrades' part in the end recap is'shaking' as if a slider to scroll through upgrades was looping between show and hide states

Explanation

With a 3440x1440 monitor at the end of game recap, the 'upgrage section' is "vibrating" or "shaking" fast, the slider seems in a loop of showing/hiding
