Steps to Reproduce

I opened the game (with DLSS on).
I walked to the reclaimer handbook.
I opened the terminal.

Explanation

Seizure warning from extreme flickering in the background of the ui if you open the Reclaimer Handbook when using DLAA or DLSS.

It looked like a superresolution bug to me so I tried switching between the two of them, same issue. If I turn off DLSS or DLAA the flickering goes away.
