Steps to Reproduce

1. deposited crystal from event
2. went down
3. aborted mission
4. got picked up by cooper
5. got upgrade from ellis
6. hardlock
7. no more revives

Explanation

mission failed hardlock after going down while getting upgrade from ellis. i aborted mission didnt work. after getting picked up by cooper game broke.
i cant open any menus or do anything. have to alt f4 now
