Regression of:	#4380 Black screen on joining friend's Steam session This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. attempting to connect
2. watch black screen in about 2 min
3. connection error window pop up
4. same if my friend try to connect to me (but he can go to public server without problems)

Explanation

cannot concet to any lobby(sever) or frend via steam
