Steps to Reproduce

1. All 3 teammates were down
2. I was low health
3. Final worm wave was out from timer countdown
4. Potential that I took damage while the elevator was closing but it didn't acknowledge the damage until I was on the way down to the next level

Explanation

Game abruptly ended when loading in to the next level after taking elevator.
