Explanation
While under the effects of the Underhill Deluxe beer if you stand inside/behind the bar and grow to normal size you will be stuck inside/behind the bar. It is possible to jump repeatedly and start clipping through the top of the bar but I only got about halfway out before running into the main ceiling and being completely unable to move.
