Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a cave leach spawn next to a high platform
2. The cave leach should kill the player
3. The player should drop onto the platform
4. Ensure the other player has no traversal tool to reach the high space
5. The other player must also have no long-range rez ability

Explanation

Cave leech spawned on top of level geometry causing it to pull player up to it, uppon death player is left on top of tower with no way of other player to reach when they are equiped with flare gun. co-op parter cannot revive downed player. cannot reach and does not have ablities to revive at range
