Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join a lobby as RETCON
  2. Pick up the disposable sentries tool
  3. Activate the rewind ability
  4. Place down two disposable sentries
  5. End the rewind ability
  6. Try to place another disposable sentry

Explanation

As the client, when RETCON's rewind ability is active, and having taken disposable sentries, the ammo count of sentries on the client gets rewinded when the ability ends on the HUD, and the sentry placement preview shows it's possible to place more, but nothing happens when attempting to place one, and as if I never executed the input. It's likely that the host does not replenish RETCON's sentry ammo when the ability ends and instead keeps current ammo.
