Steps to Reproduce

1. Get to the end of the mission or level.
2. Attempt to continue.
3. Observe that no button responds.
4. Alternatively, try using menus in devices on the ship.
5. Notice that most of them indicate using Y to Continue, but pressing Y does nothing.

Explanation

Y button (top) doesn't work on Xbox controller when attempting to use menus.
