Regression of:	#3643 Unable to Join Friend's Game: Black Screen and No Connection This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Check if you are set in offline mode
3. Attempt to join anyone

Explanation

i am still having the issue with not being able to join other severs???
i am in this offline mode unbale to play the game or use the termal to play games at all
