Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a gadget, such as a gravity column or zipline to gain air.
2. Allow the gatekeeper to kill you over the hole.

Explanation

If you go down too close to the gatekeeper's hole while airborne you'll be dropped into the edge of the hole which makes it impossible to revive you.
