Steps to Reproduce

1. Boss entered explosion phase after killing its shield bar
2. Ellis became trapped inside the boss while it hovered in the center on my friend's screen, but was acting ok on my own
3. When I tried to deposit the boss orb, it held on 'depositing' and nothing happened
4. The orb would just drop from my hands

Explanation

During the bossfight, Ellis became trapped inside the boss for two of our three dwarves. I assume the mechanic is to put the orb inside ellis to kill the boss, but ellis became inaccessable rendering the boss unkillable
