Persistent Black Bar and Combat Music After Vault Hack Failsafe

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete vault node hack via failsafe
2. Observe black bar and constant combat music

Explanation

Black bar remains on screen for the duration of the level after vault hack failsafe when no nodes appear. After completing a vault hack where no nodes spawned so omega just said 'this is easier than expected' and the vault opened immediately, a transparent black bar appeared where the UI information for the nodes would normally appear and remained there for the whole stage. Also, the combat music played for me for the rest of the stage. Also, I checked with one of the people playing with me (I was host, she was client) and she did not see any black bar.
