Steps to Reproduce

1. Rejoin a run through some means from a steam friend
2. Have the MM-4 Charger equipped
3. Note that the visuals and sound for the charger may be bugged and not play.

Explanation

MM-4 Charger visuals and sound broken after rejoining a run

Notably this was after a separate bug where, after getting imprisoned by a reaperworm and the level changing, I got stuck in a permanent loading screen that required an alt-F4. Upon rejoining, I was not in a prison but instead spawned in the final cave of the room, presumably some sort of default position.
